AI disclosure
Each of us have successfully infiltrated the adult world and have full time jobs so we have taken some aid from AI to help us out with stuff we don't have time for and we feel like telling you guys about it for transparency.
Music
In our music not a single thing is made with AI. Not a single line of lyrics, no chord progression, no notes, no nothing is written with AI. We don't see the point in using AI for this; music is for us a human expression. And for us it is important that the people performing the music have written the songs; we don't even like it when other humans have written the songs. So AI for music/lyric creation is completely off the table for us and we guarantee our music will always be completely human!
Recording and mixing
Mostly done from Pat's knowledge but he has used AI for asking about optimal recording strategies with the gear we have available, and getting some mixing info that he felt that he was missing. Some people might deem this a part of the creative process but he knows how he wants the songs to sound, but doesn't necessarily know how to get there and is therefore taking some aid from AI. We still see it as all creative decisions are made by us, we are just getting some "textbook info" in a more convenient form using AI; it doesn't make any mixing decisions for us.
Website
Hacking together a webpage? Ain't nobody got time for that! And neither of us is a web developer. This was literally made on subway commutes to and from work and it is thanks to AI we were able to make this. Also, while directed by us, AI also made the aesthetics. The AI put in some placeholder text when it was creating the webpage, but this has been heavily edited/replaced by us. Some of the laid back tone and jokes we kept because we liked them. Some we have written ourselves. This subpage of the website is 100% in Pat's words.
Artwork for the music
In the future when we will release music "properly", we will create our own album art. But we are early in the process and right now we are focused on making the music with the free time we have. So the artworks for the music (and like, the ugly doodles on this webpage and such) is right now completely made by AI.
Social media
If we create a social media account, we don't see the fun in making AI generated content. So if/when that happens, it will be purely human.
